Our brains are in beta waves most of the time when waking up and going through daily activities. These beta brain waves are linked with our conscious mind, focused and logical thinking. On the other hand, when we’ve reached the state of alpha brain waves, we can connect with our subconscious mind. Then, we are able to access its power that is not limited by the physical realm. How do we do it? Let’s find out more today!
What Is The Subconscious Mind?
The subconscious mind is the mind of the soul. It is the gateway of information between all the lives a person has passed. It includes all the experiences, knowledge and skills learned and mastered. If you were an expert in a certain field in a past life, chances are that you would have a natural talent and are more easily drawn to that field.
A soul always wants as much experience as possible, to the fullest. Therefore, it creates a “veil” between the subconscious and the conscious mind of the human. When a person is born it will cause a person to have amnesia, forgetting all that was previously known. This enables a soul to focus on new experiences, without the human mind being influenced and distracted by past lessons and experiences. There are a number of techniques that can be used to overcome this barrier. For example, meditation, and past-life / quantum healing hypnosis.
How does The Subconscious Mind “Think”?
The subconscious mind has a different way of working from the dualistic mind. That is, the soul consciousness does not distinguish between right and wrong or has a tendency to make any judgment. Instead, it always sees a thing through the perspective of choices. Our life is a series of choices, from easy to difficult, trivial to crucial. Since life has endless possibilities ranging from the most negative to the most positive, a soul that wants to evolve needs to experience all those extremes. In other words, if this life you choose to go in one direction, it is more likely that your next life will choose the opposite direction in similar situations to experience its full duality.
If in this life one is born rich, in the next life they often choose to be born in poverty to understand 2 sides of the coin. If one is the abuser in this life, in another life they’ll experience what it is like to be abused. Things happen in the same pattern with genders, races, religions, and so on. That way, the soul can fully understand every aspect of life.
Ways Your Subconscious Mind Communicates with You
Since the subconscious mind is the mind of all one’s previous lives, it understands and supports you along the way when you face difficulties or problems. However, the subconscious is not the conscious mind. Thus, it will not speak to you directly, or with images or thoughts in your head, but in much more subtle ways, and you need to be aware of this.
The first and most common way for the subconscious mind to communicate with us is through dreams. Usually, random dreams are just projections of the human mind with processing data from life. While dreams from the subconscious are something very different. When the subconscious wants to help you deal with a problem, it will send you images and scenes in dreams that occur continuously and similarly, until you realize and understand what the subconscious mind wants to convey.
Some dreams seem very strange, with places or scenes that you can only see in movies or have never seen before. Those are the memories of you living in other lifetimes that have similar events to the current problem that you need to solve. Some dreams come to you from the future, as a harbinger of important events you need to watch out for.
The next way your subconscious uses to talk to you is through pain in the body, which often goes undiagnosed. If you don’t pay attention to it but keep taking painkillers for a long time it will create real illness for you. Pains in different locations have different meanings. For example, pain in the back of the neck means you are taking a lot of responsibility for yourself, pain in the back is similar but means you have a lot of burdens with you such as negative emotions, pain in your stomach is anger you need to deal with or pain in your legs means you need to let go of the past and move on to live in the present.
Furthermore, the subconscious has another subtle way of talking to you, through synchronicities. It includes angel numbers (like 1111, 4:44, 999, etc.), messages in the movies you watch, or a post on the Internet that you strongly resonate with. Once you have learned to become mindful and be aware of everything around you, you will find that life is actually very easy if you pay attention to these things. Because the subconscious mind has intelligence far beyond the normal human mind. And it is always guiding you through all life circumstances.
Does This Mind Have Any Senses?
Yes, it does! The subconscious mind has a very special sense, often called the sixth sense or intuition. Unlike the rest of the mind’s senses, intuition has no logic or evidence for you to analyze or to prove. You can’t explain it, but you just simply know what you need to do, through your own feelings.
Many times, when your conscious mind tells you something and your gut tell you the other, but you decide to believe in your instinct and things turn out that have made the right choice. Intuition is the strongest and most intelligent human sense, so you need to learn to listen to your intuition. Usually what your intuition tells you seems “crazy” and you will have a lot of trouble doing it. So it is also a man’s hardest choice: Follow his mind or his heart?
So, How do You Learn to Listen to Your Intuition?
That is how you feel about life. Usually, the information you are told about things is not always true, or part of the truth. In order to know the truth, you need to learn how to feel!
When you learn to feel your body, you won’t get sick. You learn to feel the other person’s heart, you know that person is a ‘good’ or a ‘bad’ person. You read something in the newspaper, you feel something ‘wrong’ in it. Not by your logical brain, but by your heart and your feeling. When you learn to feel everything around you, you start to be able to recognize the “signals” and know when you need to do something without thinking too much.
However, many people often confuse the two concepts, emotions vs. feelings. Emotions are energy in motions. And that energy is simply the mind’s mechanical response to events around it. An event will ignite a certain emotion in you like happy, sad, excited, angry, or miserable. This means that only when your mind is calm and peaceful no matter what, you will be able to feel something completely different. Only then you can truly feel your heart. You will not be easily triggered by everything around you anymore and can listen to your intuition more clearly.
How to Connect Directly with The Subconscious Mind?
To connect directly with your subconscious mind, you need to turn off your chattering mind and enter a state commonly known as the trance state. We can reach this state using different methods of hypnosis, including deep meditation and BQH Quantum Healing Hypnosis provided by YOUheal. Once a person has entered the deep trance, he or she can connect to the information of all their previous lives, down to the details. Then they can find out all the answers for their problems in this current lifetime and ask for healing from the divine as well.
All methods of hypnosis are essentially self-hypnosis, with the practitioner being the facilitator and helping to make the process easier. The ancients used to hypnotize themselves by paying attention to something, such as looking into a mirror for a long time, focusing on the breath, or focusing on a certain sound. These methods have been studied and tested by hundreds of thousands of different people. And all give the same answer about the so-called spiritual realm, life between life, incarnation, etc. Thus, it could not be just a coincidence. When you experience it yourself, you will know we are much more than the physical body and the conscious mind.
I hope you have formed a basic understanding of what the subconscious mind or mind of the soul is. It is important that you understand and listen to your subconscious mind, through your feelings, your dreams, your body, the subtle messages you receive throughout the day, and most importantly, your intuition.

All the best,
I really like your article on the subconscious mind. Not many are very aware of what the subconscious mind is and how it takes part in one’s life. However, I am very aware of it because I been studying law of attraction and personal development for awhile now. I even wrote an article on the conscience and the subconscious mind. They are very different not many are aware of that. I really liked how you got into detail about the subconscious mind and what part it has in one’s life. I will be sharing with others as well. Thanks again.
Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comment! I appreciate your sharing about the subconscious mind and the conscience. They are 2 different things, can’t agree more with you on that.
All the best,
I didn’t know that the subconcious mind encompassed all your previous lives! Wow this is deep! Sometimes I had pains in my right side but I didn’t know why I had it and where it came from. So I guess that with your article now it comes from my subconscious mind. I am also amazed that we need to be in a trance-like state to connect with our subconscious mind. How do we go into trance?
We get into a trance in many ways, like when we do something that we usually do and therefore don’t have to focus too much on the process, like cooking a normal dish, or driving on a familiar route, etc., and when we do meditation and go under hypnosis state of mind. Then, we can connect much more with our subconscious mind.
