Chakras are energy centers in our physical and energetic bodies that conduct life force energy (qi) throughout the body. When in a state of balance and alignment, the chakras will help to regulate mental, emotional, and physical health. We have more than 7 chakras but today let’s have a closer look at our 7 main chakras, starting at the base of the spine and moving upwards to the crown of the head.
Each chakra has a distinct color, has its own function, and is associated with certain endocrine glands and organs in the body. Any imbalance or blockage of the chakras will lead to an imbalance in the entire process of life energy exchange within the body.
1. The First Chakra – Root Chakra:
The root meaning of origin – from the forming qi of the fetus that is nourished from the spirit of the mother. Hence, Root Chakra is related to instinct, safety, survival, and basic human potentials. For those who are physically weak, it is possible to heal the events in which their mother has hurt, especially during pregnancy till 6 months old.

All the best,
I had heard a lot about Chakras but I never really believed it was a real thing. Then a friend told me that one of mine was blocked and she wanted to clear it. I didn’t pay for a session or anything…we were just having a cup of coffee at my house. She placed her hand above the chakra, without touching me and started doing a pulling motion. It felt like a cork was going to pop and it became so unsettling that I had to ask her to stop. I will never doubt it again!
Thanks Cynthia for sharing such an interesting experience! Yes, energy healing work is as real as the physical one, even more profound I would say! It is just that we are able to see it with our normal eyes doesn’t mean it does not exist. ^_^
